The registration fees include : attendance all scientific sessions, Opening Ceremony, Concert and Welcome Cocktail, congress kit, coffees and n° 3 lunches. The accompanying person’fee includes: Opening Ceremony, Concert and Welcome Cocktail, two half days walking tours of Florence with English –speaking guides Gala Dinner fee includes: gala dinner in a special florentine location in the city centre Saturday visit “Full day in Tuscany” includes: bus tour in the tuscan countryside with the special wine cellars’ visit and the typical tuscan lunch . |

Your registration will only be considered valid after the reception of the money in our bank account. Registration by fax or online will be accept until 10 days before event. After it will be possible to register on site during the conference. An official receipt will be given to the participants upon their arrival in the congress kit. |

Written cancellation will be accept until August 30th, 2008 All refunds are subject to a Euro 50,00 administration fee. After September 1th, any refund will be possible. |
